Walkthrough[edit]
The prison has initiated a lockdown procedure, so you'll need to force your way out. There are a lot of unruly prisoners out of their cells, so be ready to fight them off as you progress through the levels. Go left to the computer terminal and use Deadshot's super senses to reveal the control panel. Operate the terminal with Deadshot to start a simple memory game. Make a mental note of the sequence of colors displayed, then recreate the order of the colors afterward. Doing so unlocks some cells full of inmates, including Harley Quinn who will join your party.
Use Harley Quinn's giant hammer to bring down the back wall of the middle cell, revealing a set of wall-jump tiles. Wall jump your way up to the second floor and take out the hostile prisoners. Move right and destroy the desk and cabinets to get loose pieces. Assemble the pieces into a lever, then pull the lever to unlock a barricade below, letting the rest of The Squad join you upstairs. Use super senses to detect metal hinges on the iron bars, then blow the hinges up with Captain Boomerang to create a way out.
Batman 3 Beyond Gotham Walkthrough
Out in the basketball court, King Shark seems to be tunneling underground. He will join the rest of the squad, so use his brute strength to crush prisoners and smash the objects lying about. In particular, you must grab the heavy barbell on the ground and toss it at the basket, destroying both objects at once. Harley Quinn can help by swinging on to the large crate using the poles, then smashing the crate apart from above. Use El Diablo's stream of fire to melt the tire-holders, then have Captain Boomerang destroy the metal exercise machines. Use all the loose parts to build a large weight rack. Pull on the rack with a grapple to tip it over, causing it to open a hole in the ground.
It looks like the intruder did some damage underground. There is a wide electric field you can't get past, but luckily you have an ally in Deathstroke, who is on the other side of the debris. Destroy the blue machines at the corner and use the resulting pieces to build a lever. Pull on the lever to overload the electricity generator, causing it to fail and starting the auxiliary power. Blow up the metal frame with Captain Boomerang, then assemble a fire extinguisher from the debris to put out the fires behind the counter. Use super senses in front of the computer to detect a control panel, then operate the panel to initiate the same game from before. Clear this memory game to unlock the metal bars.

Amanda Waller had been waiting for you, and now prepares to lead you to the intruder, though not before a spontaneous dance party! It turns out that the culprit is Killer Moth, who originally planned to expose The Squad using computers but failed, instead resorting to threats. He was quickly subdued by Task Force X while giving his villainous speech.
Collectables[edit]
Minikits[edit]
- Find and destroy 4 speakers on the wall using ranged attacks. The first speaker is located right where you start. The second is in the cell where you get Minikit No. 2. The third speaker is on the left end of the second floor, near the generator. The final speaker is at the right side of the second floor, near the iron bars. The Minikit spawns below the last speaker you destroy.
- Use Harley Quinn to smash through the wall of the rightmost prison cell, then use Captain Boomerang's explosive boomerang to destroy the metal pipes behind it to find the Minikit.
- (Free Play only) At the starting point, there is a generator which you can absorb power from. Head to the left end of the second floor and unload the electricity into the outlet to open up the weapons cache nearby, letting you get the Minikit inside.
- (Free Play only) Use the Techno Suit with the access port on the second floor to unlock the cell next to it, the residence of Joker. He's not going to do anything funny, but his room is of interest to you. Use the Magnet Suit to twist the bunk bed into pieces. Use the pieces to make a crowbar, then grab on to the crowbar to pry open the present in the cell, which contains a Minikit.
- (Free Play only) At the outdoor court, use a freeze ability to turn the puddle of leaking water into an ice sculpture of a skull, causing a Minikit to appear in front of it.
- (Free Play only) Scattered around the perimeter of the outdoor court are boxes that contain little LEGO pieces. Suck them up with the Hazard Suit and head to the right border. Use the power station there to charge up your Illumination Suit, then use it to illuminate the opening at the top-right corner, revealing several bouncing bricks. Put the blocks together to form a waste disposal machine, then dump 50 LEGO pieces into it to make the Minikit pop out.
- (Free Play only) Mind control the fainted prisoner behind the fence and make him pull the lever to the right. It will send a poisonous rocket that lands at the center of the court, spewing toxic gas. Use a character immune to toxic effects to get close and smash the rocket to pieces, collecting the Minikit within.
- (Free Play only) While outdoors, fly up to the roof of the right building and you should see the Minikit slightly obscured by a vent.
- While at the second computer terminal, tap the left arrow to reach a different screen. Select the colors based on the order of colors on a nearby Amanda Waller poster, causing the poster to retract and exposing the Minikit inside.
- (Free Play only) Use Brainiac's shrink ray on the purple glowing cabinet to remove it, leaving behind a Minikit for you to claim.
Adam West in Peril[edit]
Once you drop to the underground area, use a Lantern or a digger to dig in the dirt pile at the back of where you drop down to. You will unearth some loose pieces that you can build into a Power Ring pad. Use a Lantern on the pad to create a large boot that kicks the bars down. Defeat the prisoners inside to free Adam West from his confinement.
